The Public Service Delegation For The Operation Of The Synergie Heating Network Was Entrusted In 2016 To Dalkia By Le Mans Metropole. To Date, The Heating Network Extends Over Approximately 50 Km And Supplies More Than 210 Substations Located In The Towns Of Le Mans And Allonnes. Amendment 4, Newly Validated By The Delegating Authority, Will Make It Possible To Extend This Network By More Than 20 Km And Supply Nearly A Hundred New Substations By 2030. This Development Will Be Accompanied By The Construction Of A New 16 Mwth Gas Boiler Room, The Creation Of An Import/Export Substation With The Rcu Mans Nord Enrgie And The Installation Of Hydro-Accumulation At The Existing Bords De Lhuisne Boiler Room.
