The Subject Of The Order Are Development And Maintenance Services For The Papirus System (Hereinafter Referred To As Zsi) For The Real Estate Management Plant In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. 2. As Part Of The Zsi Maintenance Services, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Update The Zsi Software To New Versions In Accordance With The License Held By The Ordering Party, 2) Parameterization, I.E. Adapting The Zsi To The Specificity And Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Standard Zsi Structures And Algorithms, 3) Installation, Consisting In Moving Or Launching The Zsi In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 4) Legal Update, I.E. Introducing Modifications To The Zsi Version Used By The Ordering Party, Which Are The Result Of Changes In Legal Provisions In The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Activities,5) Providing Consultations In Solving Substantive Problems Of The Ordering Party Related To The Operation Of Zsi,6) Assistance, I.E. Performing Operator Activities In The System Together With The Zsi User,7) Instruction, I.E. Providing Direct Instructions To Zsi Users Regarding The Operation Of The System,8) Providing The Ordering Party With A Telephone Number And E-Mail Between 8:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. On Business Days, Under Which The Contractor Provides Operator Advice On The Current Use Of Zsi,9) Data Import And Export, I.E. Transfer Of Data Between The Database Operated By Zsi And The External Environment At The Request Of The Ordering Party,10) Data Transfer Understood As Introducing Necessary Changes In The Format Of Files Containing Data (Table Structure),11) Repairs Involving The Removal Of Incorrect Functioning Of The Zsi, Manifested By Errors Leading To Data Loss Or Preventing The Use Of The Zsi In Accordance With The System Operation Documentation.3. As Part Of The Zsi Development Services, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Provide Programming Services, Consisting In Introducing Changes Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Zsi Source Code, Correcting Or Extending Its Functionality To The Extent Agreed With The Ordering Party, 2) Designing Algorithms Implementing Changes In The Zsi Agreed With The Ordering Party Resulting From The Analysis Or Requirements Of The Ordering Party, 3) Performing Other It Services Related To The Functioning Of The Zsi In The Scope Agreed With The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Plans To Commission 750 Hours Of Service Work In The Development Of The System. The Number Of Hours Indicated By The Ordering Party Is An Estimate And Is Used Only To Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer, And Settlement For The Work Performed Will Be Based On The Actual Quantities That Will Occur During The Execution Of The Order.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
